Return policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase at Bambino Babe. In case you're not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it. Follow these steps to start a return:

1. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may Request A Return.
   
   
2. Pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including tags, and enclose a copy of the original invoice.
   
   
3. Ship the item(s) back using a traceable and insured method; return shipping costs are your responsibility.
   
   
4. Upon receipt, we'll inspect the item(s) and process a refund or exchange as requested.

Please note:

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including tags.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
• Worn, washed, or altered items aren't eligible for return or exchange.
  
• Ship returns within 5 days of receiving a return label.
  
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.
